Treasure Map

I finished my treasure map. Not sure if I want to post it, though. I wear my heart on my sleeve, so you would think it would be a no-brainier to post it right?

What the heck... here it is:

What I tried to convey with my Treasure Map:
  1. Family is important. Really, at the end of the day, what else matters?
  2. To me, money = freedom.
  3. I can not wait to move to Hawaii! As soon as Ethan is done with college/trade school or *whatever* he decides, we are outta here!
  4. If I am going to move to Hawaii, and be around for my family, I need to finally take charge of my health. For me, that includes losing weight.
  5. I want a nice, comfortable house/apartment, which is something we haven’t always had. (You all remember the slumlord in Detroit, right?)
  6. That really, what am I waiting for? There is no inheritance coming my way and I don’t play the lottery so it is all up to me. "Above all, be the heroine of your life, not the victim."
It isn't done (even with the neighbors giving me their magazines I didn't find all of the pictures I want/need) so it will evolve. As always, comments, questions or observations are welcomed and appreciated. Just be nice.

I got the idea for the Treasure Map from Millionaire Mommy Next Door

It's beautiful, Krista, thanks for sharing your experience! Now go hang it up in a prominent place and be PROUD of your vision of YOUR rich life! Own it and it will happen. Hide it and it probably won't. (After all, if you feel funny about showing people your rich life on paper, how will you ever feel comfortable living your vision in real life?)
